These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ServicePilot platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Early Access & Beta
ServicePilot is currently offered as an early access and beta product. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time. Bugs, downtime, or data inconsistencies may occur. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to bind your business to these Terms.
3. Customer Data Ownership
You own your data. ServicePilot does not claim ownership of customer records, jobs, photos, invoices, or other content you submit. We process your data only to operate and improve the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access another company's data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Trial periods, plan details, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination you may export your data for a reasonable period after which it may be deleted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServicePilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated and you may be asked to re-accept.
