What does the 48-hour trial include?
Full access to your selected plan for 48 hours. No charge today. Your monthly plan begins after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from inside your workspace at any time. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.
How are users counted?
A user is anyone with a login — owners, office staff, and crew. Each plan includes a base number of users; you can add more on Crew, Growth, and Command.
Do you charge per job or per invoice?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly rate by plan. Unlimited customers, jobs, quotes, and invoices on every plan.
Can I import from Jobber or another platform?
Yes. CSV import for customers, jobs, notes, and invoices is included. ServicePilot is not affiliated with Jobber.
Does ServicePilot replace QuickBooks?
No. ServicePilot is not a full accounting replacement. It gives you job-level financial clarity, invoices, payment tracking, expense capture, profit snapshots, and a QuickBooks-ready CSV export.
Can I export my data?
Always. CSV export of customers, jobs, invoices, and timesheets is on every plan. Your data is yours.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Annual billing is roughly 15% less than monthly across all plans.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes — to keep your workspace and selected plan ready when the trial ends. You're not charged until the 48-hour trial completes.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time from your workspace. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're not billed.
