This Privacy Policy explains how ServicePilot ("we") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, company.
- Workspace data: customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos, notes.
- Crew data: clock sessions and, with consent, GPS location while clocked in.
- Usage analytics: pages viewed, features used, device and browser metadata.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
To operate, secure, and improve the Service, support customers, prevent abuse, send transactional communications, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Customer Owns Their Data
You own the data you put into ServicePilot. We act as a processor for your workspace data. You can export or request deletion at any time.
4. ServicePilot Support Access
ServicePilot platform administrators may access workspace data only when needed for support, troubleshooting, security, billing, maintenance, or product improvement. Each access is logged. Company admins can disable support access at any time under Settings → Privacy & Support Access; disabling it may delay or limit some support requests.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with sub-processors required to deliver the Service (e.g. hosting, payments, email) under appropriate confidentiality terms.
6. Security
We use row-level isolation, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, especially during early access; report suspected issues immediately.
7. Retention
Workspace data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to support recovery and legal obligations.
8. Your Choices
You can update profile data, toggle support access, export workspace records, or request account deletion through in-app settings or by contacting support.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
