Thank you for participating in the ServicePilot early access program. This agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Early Access
ServicePilot is in early access / beta. The Service is offered for hands-on evaluation and feedback. It is not a guarantee of uptime, feature stability, or long-term availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Bugs and data inconsistencies may occur.
2. What You Acknowledge
- The Service is still being built and tested.
- Workflows, layouts, and integrations may change.
- You should keep independent backups of business-critical records.
- Pricing and plan structure may change as the product matures.
3. Customer Owns Their Data
You own your data. You can export your customers, jobs, invoices, and other records at any time during your access period.
4. Support Access
ServicePilot platform administrators may access your workspace only when needed for support, troubleshooting, security, billing, maintenance, or product improvement. Each access is recorded. You can revoke support access at any time under Settings → Privacy & Support Access.
5. Feedback
We may use feedback you provide to improve the Service without obligation. We will not publicly attribute feedback to you or your business without permission.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServicePilot disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
7. Termination
Either party may end early access participation at any time. You will be given a reasonable window to export your data.
