Will I lose my customer history?
No. Customers, jobs, notes, and invoices come across via CSV. Preview every row before it lands in your workspace.
Can I export my data later?
Yes. CSV export of customers, jobs, invoices, and timesheets is available on every plan. Your data is yours, always.
Does this sync live with Jobber?
No. It's CSV import only. We do not have an OAuth or live API connection to Jobber.
How long does switching take?
Most owners are running jobs on ServicePilot the same day they import. Growth and Command plans include assisted migration.
Can I run both for a while?
Yes — many owners overlap the two for a week while crews adjust. You decide when to fully cut over.
What about my open invoices?
Import them so you have a single source of truth for who owes you what — and chase them with ServicePilot's auto-reminders.
What the importer does — and doesn't
- • CSV import only. You export from your current platform, then upload to ServicePilot. There is no direct OAuth or live API sync with Jobber.
- • Records, not history. We bring across customers, jobs, notes, addresses, and invoices. Internal audit trails from the old system stay there.
- • You stay in control. Preview every row before it lands. Nothing imports without your confirmation.
ServicePilot is not affiliated with Jobber. Jobber CSV import is a convenience feature for businesses switching platforms.
